LivEasy is an offline-first healthcare and wellness private label created to make everyday health solutions more accessible, reliable, and affordable. Distributed primarily through pharmacies and physical retail, LivEasy spans a wide portfolio in orthocare, devices, baby care, essentials, wellness, and foods - designed to serve real, recurring health needs across life stages.  Built within the PharmEasy ecosystem, LivEasy operates independently in offline channels, enabling strong retailer partnerships while maintaining a sharp focus on quality, value, and trust. The design challenge lay in creating a cohesive yet flexible packaging system that could unify diverse categories under one credible brand identity, while also ensuring premium shelf visibility and retailer confidence.

As LivEasy expanded rapidly across categories, its packaging system struggled to scale with clarity and intent. While the existing identity helped establish early visibility, the growing portfolio lacked: Clear category distinction at shelf, A coherent system that could extend across, vastly different product types, A premium yet approachable visual language suited for offline healthcare retail, Strong, instantly legible reasons-to-believe (RTBs).
In healthcare retail where purchase decisions are often made within seconds and heavily influenced by shelf presence and pharmacist recommendation LivEasy needed a packaging system that could work harder, communicate faster, and scale better.

that governs every SKU

A consistent grid controls logo placement, product naming, benefit hierarchy, and regulatory information. This ensures immediate brand recognition and repeatability across the portfolio, regardless of category or format.

Clear, fixed RTB architecture

A Every pack communicates three non-negotiable reasons-to-believe quality, efficacy, and value - placed consistently across categories. This creates familiarity, builds trust, and supports pharmacist recommendation without additional explanation.

Information hierarchy designed for speed

Product name, use-case, and key benefit are prioritised over marketing claims. The packaging is designed to be read top-down, left-to-right, enabling fast decision-making in high-pressure retail environments.
