REBRANDING IVY AS LIVASA HOSPITALS
Ivy Hospitals, Punjab’s largest multi-specialty hospital chain with 800+ beds across five cities, partnered with NH1 Design to prepare for its next phase of growth. Backed by Piramal Bain, the group set an ambitious goal of expanding to 2000 beds and becoming a leading healthcare provider in North India. To signal this transformation, Ivy needed a new name and identity that reflected a modern, national vision. The name “Ivy” carried legacy associations of being a trusted but regional brand.
NH1 Design created Livasa Hospitals, a brand rooted in Ivy’s patient-first ethos but reimagined as a symbol of Life and Hope. We changed the name from Ivy to Livasa to let go of the legacy baggage and signal a bold new vision that aligns with the brand’s growth from a trusted regional chain to a future-ready national healthcare provider.
The new name, story, and identity system position Livasa as The Caregiver brand — expert, empathetic, and innovative. Its soaring bird logo and the promise We Care For Life capture both the emotional and clinical excellence patients seek. With Livasa, Ivy’s trusted legacy evolves into a future-ready, expansion-ready healthcare brand prepared to scale across North India and beyond.
