For the design language of the brochure, we drew inspiration from the global Yoo style sheet and typography, but added a fresh, unique twist. The use of fluorescent Pantone pink makes the brochure eye-catching, while a simple color palette, clean lines, geometric shapes, and a dynamic grid structure reinforce the modern luxurious feel of the property. We kept the Yoo buyer in mind while crafting the design. This individual is well-traveled, has a carefully curated lifestyle, and has an eye for the distinctive. We sought to embody these qualities through the craft and materiality of the brochure. It's more than just a brochure – it's a 150-page objet d'art that represents the exceptional quality of Yoo Hyderabad.
NH1 Design was also tasked with the nomenclature of the clubhouse. The name had to capture the collaboration with Yoo, as well as a sense of fun and play- ‘yoohoo’ achieves both.
