Kalpataru Group engaged NH1 Design to launch its first project in Noida – Kalpataru Vista, a first of its kind living experience in the heart of Delhi NCR. The brief was to define the positioning, branding and all marketing collaterals for this luxurious project.

The beginning for any development is always the site. In this regard the project is blessed with a perfect starting point – a site nestled amongst the finest landscaping: a lush golf course. In a world of increasing density, open space and privacy are becoming the benchmarks of luxury. Kalpataru Vista enjoys splendid isolation with the nearest neighbours located far away on the other side of manicured fairways and greens. As part of branding the new property, NH1 mapped out every detail of the project and then devised a concept and brand experience that lives and breathes through each and every touch point.

The project positioning of ‘The Everyday Getaway’ was carried forward across touch-points, establishing Kalpataru Vista as a vacation of a lifetime.
