We Design
But before we design, we marry business strategy and consumer insights to arrive at a unique creative positioning for our clients. Having arrived at the core idea, we explore various creative routes, define the visual world, bring alive the various touch-points in the brand experience cycle.

We Execute
We make the brand come alive. We give it eyes, nose, ears, a heart. Or, in design language, a colour palette, typography set, tone of language. Simply put, a set of well thought through guidelines on how the brand should walk, talk, look and interact across mediums.

Our Team

We are an interesting mix of people. Freshers with a keen sense of the ridiculous, amateur scientists, language aficionados, cooks and sleepless typographers. Stands to reason why our portfolio is a delightful mix as well.

Neha Tulsian |    Founder   &  Creative Director

A graduate from London College of Communication, Neha spent her post graduation days working at some global design studios - Johnson Banks, Radford Wallis, Together Design, SAS Design and Williams Murray Hamm to name a few. She was a member of the revered ISTD before she came back to India. 

India saw her working with Ray and Keshavan –The Brand Union and Vyas Giannetti Creative (VGC). At VGC, she played a dual role of Creative Director and Business Head, where she set up their Bangalore operations. In her fifteen-year career, she’s worked on Aditya Birla Group, ACC, Apeejay Surrendra Group, British Council, CK Birla Group, Danone, Intuit, Max Estates, Network 18, Nitesh Estates, SABMiller, Unilever and Wipro to name a few. 

In 2013, Neha started NH1 Design in Gurgaon, a boutique design studio that marries design, science, logic and art. In four years, NH1 has already picked up four Blue Elephants for four consecutive years, along with Designomics Awards in 2013 and 2014. The work has also been featured in leading global design magazines and blogs. 

Neha’s work has been showcased at ‘20 Under 35’ at Alliance Françoise De Delhi - an event showcasing the work of 20 emerging designers in India. She has also been on the judging panel at events like Abby Awards, Designomics Awards, and has been invited as a speaker and panelist at various marketing and design forums. 

Aditya Tulsian |   Strategic Advisor

Aditya is all things strategy at NH1. With over 10+ years of global experience in strategy and operations, he helps evolve our design thinking. He has previously worked with Intuit India where he helped them emerge as the leaders in both professional tax filing segment, as well as cloud based accounting solutions for small business. He was also responsible for building the the India strategy and M&A. 

He has honed his skills as a management consultant with Diamond Consultants (acquired by PwC) where he’d advised senior leaders in Telecom, Retail and Media across India, South Africa, France and US. He has done his masters from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.

 

 

 

 

Nidhi Harlalka  |  Advisor, Wysiwyg Communications

Nidhi Harlalka is a stalwart of the world of graphic design. She began her career almost three decades ago and for the last 25 years has been the Executive Design Director of Wysiwyg Communications, a design studio comprising a team of 20 accomplished designers and other media personnel.

Over the last two decades she has been responsible for some of the best logo and packaging designs both domestically and internationally across such various industries as tobacco, real estate, home appliances, jewellery and many others. As a result, her keen insight into the world of communication is an unassailable advantage in the creative process of any organisation.
